The real Nanao high school that serves as the model for Kuyō High, which Ganta and Isaki attend. In the story, its abandoned rooftop observatory is where they meet and revive the astronomy club. It is a working school, not visitable inside.

Yuwaku Onsen (Sōyu Shirasagi-no-Yu) the Yunosagi onsen

The small mountain spa town of Yuwaku, on the outskirts of Kanazawa, is the model for the Yunosagi onsen where the Kissuiso inn stands. The Shirasagi-no-Yu public bath is the heart of the town and the starting point of the pilgrimage.

Yuwaku Inari Shrine (Bonbori Festival) the Bonbori Festival

The fictional 'Bonbori' festival celebrated in the series became a real one: since 2011, every October P.A. Works and the town actually hold it at this shrine, a few minutes' walk from the bath. (Approximate coordinate by address.)

The unstaffed Noto Railway Nanao Line station facing Nanao Bay is the model for Yunosagi Station. A 'Yunosagi' nameplate was put up next to the real one for fans.
